With the T-variant of the
High-Z CNC-Fraesmachine you acquire old-guarded technology with the
certain i-Tuepfelchen in TUeV-Qualitat. The High-Z/T is designed for
even more accuracy (repeatability about 0.01mm ) and especially for
higher travel speeds.
Through the ball-circulation
spindles used, the High-Z/T CNC-Fraes machine achieves a fantastic
accuracy and an almost unmeasurable reverse play of about 0.01mm. At
the same time, high travel speeds of up to approx. 108mm / second (
6500 mm / minute ) can be achieved.
This means
engraving and fraes speeds of up to approx. 4500mm/min can be realized
and urgent journeys up to approx. 7000mm/min.

This makes this machine series in the industrial sector
just as applicable for work such as engraving, fraesen, drilling,
measuring, cutting, as well as for dosing systems to apply glue to 3D
contours, etc.
