Services provided during retrofitting
The machine was electrically and mechanically overhauled by Scharmann,
most recently in 2015.
During the overhaul, the entire electrical system was replaced and the
control system was converted to Siemens 840 D. In the field of
mechanics
For example, the circulating roller shoes and ball screw in the Z-axis
were replaced, as well as the spindle box and guide and
Fleyer chains for the counterweights checked or renewed. In addition,
HCR built a machine housing R1255574 (above
open), which was installed by Scharmann in the safety concept
including operating mode 4.
The machine was not installed underfloor in a foundation, but 600 mm
high on a specially designed
Polymer bed set up. This is lucrative for potential buyers, as there
are no costs for a foundation!
In 2017, the CNC face plate, differential gear and drill spindle unit
were dismantled and replaced at Scharmann's factory
outdated. (New bearings, seals, gears)
