BERNARDO BSG 4080 TDC surface grinding machine was built in Austria in
2018. Designed for fully professional production applications, the
machine machines workpieces placed on a magnetic plate or directly on
the work table with the utmost precision and accuracy. The
hydraulically driven work table with a large magnetic platen moves on
hardened and ground guideways, which have been additionally coated
with a special Turcite-B coating to increase abrasion resistance. The
hydraulic drive, in the form of a separate hydraulic unit with heat
exchanger, prevents vibration and overheating, and also ensures safe
table feed even under heavy loads. Radial and axial forces are evenly
distributed on special bearings without play in the grinding wheel
spindle. The BERNARDO magnetic grinding machine weighs 3400 kg.
