Chromium Plating Technology
The Modern chromium plating technology.
The year 2009 and is in service since then in single-shift model. The type of chromium is hexavalent. The line is equipped with automatic transport system for moving of girders among the tanks within the line lengthways and crosswise. There is as well a powerful ventilation system installed above the production line. The Basic purpose of investment is chrom plating of towel radiators of various types and dimensions. The Average quantity is 2 pcs. of radiators per girder. The Maximum product size for application is 2.000 mm in length, 1.400 mm height and up to 250 mm width.
Capacity
The planned capacity of the technology in two work-shifts is about 25.000 PCs. Per year. The cycle time per girder achieves 12 minutes. There is as well a possibility of capacity increase due to installing of additional chemical tanks within the line. Serviceability > 90%.
